Yes. For shop products, you can request a custom variation. The request goes to the quote form already linked to the original product, making it easier for us to review color, scale, material or finishing.

The cart is for ready-made products. Custom pieces, special changes and made-to-measure projects must go through a quote first because they need technical review before production.

No. First, we review the file, image, link or description. Only then do we send a quote with price, lead time and technical notes. Production only moves forward after approval.

Payment is made in a single phase, after quote approval and before the project goes into production. Only then does the piece move forward to manufacturing.

Send the file, image, link or description, plus approximate dimensions, quantity, desired material, color, finishing, deadline and the purpose of the piece. The better the context, the more accurate the quote.

You can request models, prototypes, bases, display stands, corporate gifts, accessories, cosplay, decoration, functional parts, simple replacements or small batches. If the idea is still not fully defined, we can also start with a review.

The workflow goes through request received, review, quote sent, quote approved, payment, production, finishing, ready to ship and shipping.

Yes. The initial assessment is done before any payment. If the project is viable, we send the quote for approval.

We accept 3MF, STL, ZIP and reference images. You can also send a link to MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse or a shared folder.

Each file can be up to 64 MB. If your model is larger, compress it as a ZIP or share it through a link (MakerWorld, Printables, Thingiverse or a shared folder).

You can describe the idea. The custom request form accepts a 3D file, image, link or just an initial description. If technical information is missing, we reply with questions before quoting.

Yes, as long as you have authorization to use that file or reference. The form asks you to confirm that you have the rights or permission to use the submitted material.

You can search communities such as MakerWorld, Printables and Thingiverse. Send us the model link and we will handle the material, scale and production review.

Not always. Before moving forward, we check scale, orientation, supports, material, failure risk, production time and whether the model needs adjustments.

We provide 3D printing, laser cutting and engraving, prototyping, models, gifts, custom production and manual artistic finishing.

We use a Bambu Lab P1S for 3D printing and a SCULPFUN S30 Pro for laser cutting and engraving. The goal is to bring 3D printing, laser work and finishing together in the same workshop.

The SCULPFUN S30 Pro (10W laser with automatic air-assist) cuts and engraves materials such as wood, acrylic, leather and others. It is ideal for signage, flat pieces, gifts and surface personalization.

We work with PLA+, PETG HF and PETG CF as standard options. Other materials and colors, such as PLA Marble or translucent options, can be reviewed on request.

PLA+ is suitable for decoration and visual prototypes. PETG HF is better for everyday functional parts. PETG CF is more rigid and suitable for technical parts or load-bearing components.

We offer several finishing levels: normal, sanded, painted and premium. When the project needs more presence, finishing is done by hand — preparation and sanding, custom painting and final review piece by piece.

No. When the project requires artistic finishing, the work is manual: sanding, preparation, painting, review and final detail piece by piece.

Payment is made by MB WAY. For custom requests, payment is made in a single phase, after quote approval and before the project goes into production.

We ship across the entire Iberian Peninsula and the rest of the European Union. Shipping cost is calculated based on weight and destination and included in the quote.
